These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales made by Marta Editions via our website or any other sales channels. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Products & Editions
All prints and editions are sold in limited quantities and are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but variations may occur. Certificates of authenticity may be included with certain editions at our discretion.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full before the order is processed and shipped. We accept payment via Shopify with credit or debit card.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or unforeseen circumstances. International customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of limited edition prints, all sales are final. We only accept returns in the case of damaged or defective products. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the issue. If a return is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
All artwork and content on our website are the intellectual property of the artists and / or Marta Editions. Reproduction, resale, or modification of any artwork without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the product.

Rie Koizumi
Tokyo, Japan
Rie Koizumi (b. 1989) lives and works in Tokyo, Japan. A graduate of Tokyo Polytechnic University and MJ Illustrations School, her work has been published in OZ, A Friend of Mother’s, and Tempura.
Her work has been exhibited with Clouds Gallery (Tokyo), L’illustre Galerie Le Monde (Tokyo), 30 Menu (Hong Kong), and online with &Premium. Past commissioners include Mt. Ranier, Nunocoto Fabric, and the sheet music publisher Ongaku No Tomo Sha. Her work has been profiled by Room Style Illustration (Japan), It’s Nice That (UK), Dotplace Gallery (JP), and Support Magazine (FR). She is the recipient of two awards from the Tokyo Illustrators Society.
